Center shall be subject to a11 ~aws, statutes, ordinances, rules
and regulations ~of all appropriate gover:1.~nental authority ar.d
agencies and the rules and reg~latior.s o~ the National Board of
Fire Undezwriters or t~eir succzsscr ~r. interest and rules es-
tablished by the Associa~io:~. i s.:ai~ ~ikewise comply
with the requirements of al~ po'_~cies c~ insurance in force with i
respect to the Recreation Cer.ter.

4.4. Prohibited L'ses. ~s~. Lses designed, calcu-

iessee of the Recreation Center, incluc~ng ~h~s Lessee, of an
opportunity equal to that of any other 1.essee to use, occupy,
ar,d zr.joy the same except to Lhe exten~ tnat the use, occupancy
and enjoyment of one lessee m.ay be greater tnan another's by
reason of the greater number of perr:st~ed users of _one lessee
as corapared to another.
