6:7. An audit of the accoi:nts of the Association
shall be made annually by a certified pl:blic accountant, and a

copy of the audit report shall be furaished to each mer.iber not ~
later than April 1 of the year foZla~~ring the year for wh~cn the ~
audit is made. -
6.8. Fidelitv ~o^~s ::ay be required by the board of
directors in its discretion fron~ all persons handling or respor.si-
ble for Association funds. TY:e a.-:~o::: ~ o~ such bonds shall be
determined by the directors. ~:e pre.:,iums on such bonds shall be
paid by the Association.
7. Parliamentary rules, ~~~erts' Rules of Order (ia~est
edition) shall govern the conduct of Association meetings whe:~ r.ot
in conflict with the Articles of Ir.corporation or these Bylaws.
8. Amendments. These Bylaws r.ay be amended in the fo3low-
ing manner:
8.1. tiTotice of tne subject matter of a proposed a-~e:~ci-
ment shall be included in the r.otice of any meeting at which a pro-
posed a.~nendrient is considered.
8.2. A resolution aCC~ting a.proposed amendment :r,ay be ~
