RNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRESENTS that I DON D. RSED, party
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dol2ars ($10.00?
and other valuable considerations received from and on behalf of
LILLIAri B. REED, party of the second part, do sell, assiqn, transfer,and
set ove~r unto party of the second part a certain mortgage bearing
date the 8th day of February, 1967, made by Anqelita G. Mo].nar in ~
favor of Don D. Reed~and Beatrice Reed and recorded in O. R. Book 164,
page 1661, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the
followinq described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in ~
said County and State, to-wit: ;
. Lot 1, Block 2 Robleqard's Re-Subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, paqe 49.
Toqether with the note or obligation described in said mortgaqe, and
the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from the
12th day of January, 1971.
TO HAVE~AND ~O HOLD the same unto the said parties of
the second part, her heirs,~legal representatives, successors and
assiqns forever.
