NORTGACB N~IFICATION AGRBBNSNT
THIS AGRB~IBNT, made and entered into by and between J. T. STIh1ART
MatTGAGB CQlPANY, INC. A Florida corporatioa, mortgagee and Millie Miller
a single adult , and - , mortgagor~.
WHERBAS, the parties hereto under date of June 6, 197Q entered unto a
certain mortgege note and mortgage agreement, which Was recorded in Official
Records Book 185 , pege 1079 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows: '
Lot 1, Block 6 Sunny Acres Subdivision, No. 1
recorded in Plet Book 8, Page 25 of the public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHERBAS, parties heretv desire to modify, amend and change some of the terms
and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete
and intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, THERSFORB, ia consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained the
parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of .
October, 1970 and the final monthly payment is shown to .be due on or hefore
the first day of Sep~te~ber 2000• , Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous of
amending the first payment due date to March 1,1971 and amending the final
2001 .
