mortgagors. .
NHERBAS, the parties hereto under date of October 1, 1970
entered into a certain mortgage note and mortgege agreement, which was ~
recorded in Official Records Book , 187 , Page 1322 of the i+ublic
Records of St. Lucie County, , Florida being described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 6 Sunny Acres Subdivision, No. 1
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 25 of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
H!~ffitBAS, Parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true,
complete and intended agreement between the parties:
N~1, THBRBFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
and parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day
of Jaaua~:y, 1971 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due on
or before the first day of December, 2000. , Mortgagors and M~rtgagee are
desirous of amending the first payment due date to March 1, 1971 and
ameading the final payment due date to February 1, 2001 , at which time

~ the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid in full.

~ Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions

~ provisions of the note and mortgage dated October 1, 1970 , shall resa~n
i~n full force and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
