required by the terms hereof to be paid by the Mortsa~or fo~ the pwttctioa of the aart~ase secnrity or [a the col-
lectioa ot the indebtedaess hereby secured. All s~uns so sdvanced or paid by the Moctsa~ee shall be chu~ed into
the rtwnsa~e account and become aa inte~ral part thereof, subject in all respects to tAe terms. conditions, and
covenaats of the •afaesaid promissory note, and this mat~sae. as fully and to the same extent as thoujh a put
of the ori6inai indebtedaess evidencod by said note and secured by this mott~a~e~ e:ceptina howevet. that said

uansfet of titie to the moitaaaed property in extia`uishment of tlu indebtednesc sec~ued 6ereby. all ri~ht. title
~ and interest of the Mort~aaa in and to any such sbsaacts ot title shall pass to tt~e pmchaser or =~aatee.
4. To the extent ot the indebtedness of the Morteaso~ to the Mort~a~ee described herein or secured heceby,
tbe MortsaEee is 6ertby sabroatied to t6e lien ar liens and to the ria6ts oi the ownets and holders ihereof of e~ch
and every monaase, lien or other iacumbraace on tht land described hereio ~vhich is paid and/or satisfied, in

5. ln the eveM the ownership of the mort6aaed pte~ises, ot any part thereot. becomes vested in a person
other thaa the Mortsaaor. the Mortgaaee may, v?~ithout notice to the Mortaaaor. deal with such successot or suc-
cessors in interest with reference to this dee~ and the debt hereby secured. in ihe sauae manner as with the Mort-
;aaor v?ithout in any way vitiatina or dischar6in~ the Mortaagor's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secured. No sale of the premises hcceby martgased and eo forbearance oa the put of the Mortsa6ee, and no ea-
unsion ot the time for tlu payment of the debt hereby secnred siven by the Mortaasee shall operate to release.
