I, Edna L. Ro~aland, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make,
publish ~nd d~clar~ the fallawins to be my Last idill and Testament, hereby re-
voking and cancelling all other or former Wills or Codicils by me at any time
raade .
I hereby acknowledge aY?d declare that I am a citizen of Florida, my
petinan~nt residence and legal danicile being in Broward County, Florida.
I direct that all of my legal debts, iacluding expenses of my last
itlness and funeral, and all expenses of administration, be paid from my geaeral
estate as soon as practicable after my death. My 8xecutor, before division of
ray estate, shall also pay any and all iaheritance, estate aad succession taxes
due by me or my estate, and the same shall be paid from my residuarq estate.
I give and bequeath my said tangible personal property as follvwa -
To my niece, Betty Ann Evans, my Sterling Coffee Set.
To ary niece, Carol Hoffman, my Diamond ilrist ~latch, mcy ~
Engagement Ring, my Sapphfre and Dismond Bar Pin, and my Antique Marble Top
Chest.
To ary niece, Nancy Ruggles, my Sapphire Ring and my Sterling Teaspooas.
The remaind~r of ary said tangible personal property I give and bequeath
equally, share and share alike, to my nieces, Nancy Ruggles at~d Carol H~offman,
and r,ry nepheW, James Hahn. In the event any of said beneficiaries also pre-
decease me, then their share shall pass equallq to their then livfng lineal
descendants, per stirpes. •
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal,
o: every nature and wher¢soever situate, of which Lmay die seized or possessed,
shall pass L\ TRUST to my nephew, Julian J. Kirchmana, Jr., who shall hold the
sa...e as Txvstee, nevertheless, for the follawing use and purpose, to-wit-
~ ::y irustee shall hold, manage, invest aad reinvest the assets of such
~ trust, collect the incoa~e therefr~, and pay aver snd deliver to my sister,
3e~ette J. Diazyond, the n~et inco~e thereof, in quarterly installments, as .
long os she shall live. . ~
Upon thc death of my sister, Jeannette J. Diamond, such trust shall
teminate, and the residuc ahall be distributed as follows -
~o-fifths (2/S) to ury niccc, Carol Hoff-~nan.
Tvo-fifths (2/S) to my niece, Nancy Ruggles.
One-fifth (1%S) to mcy nephew, Jamea H~aha.
