provisions ~r Florida Statute 737, which requires qualificatioa by my
trustee ~ith, or accounCing to any court.
I•hereby naminate, constitute and appoint my nephew~ Julfan J.
i:irc:~ann, Jr., as e.~cecutor of this my Last Will and Testament, aad direct
tnat he shall serve Without bond. _
I direct that nry ~cecutor shall have sole power at his discretioa
to do any and all things necessary to the com~lete administration of my
estate, including but not limited to the following po~er -
1. To improve, iaanage, protect, exchange, sell at public or
private sale, lease, mortage, transfer or otherWise deal
with any real, personal or other property belanging to m~ .
estate, and without any order of court.
2. To compromise, adjust, arbitrate, sue on or defend, or
~ otherwise deal with and settle claims in favor of or
against my estate, as ~ocy Executor shall deem advisable,
and his decision shall be conclusive.
3. To make distri.bution in cash or in kind at valuatfons to
be determined by my 8xeautor, w~ose d~ecision as to value
shall be coaclusive. ' .
