l. That said decedent died on the 25th day of March,

w:ich, on Page 2 thereof, grants to the Executor power to sell
real or personal property of the Estate of said deoedeat.
2. Tr.at at the ti~e of the death of said decedent,
said cecec'.ent was the awner of fee simple title to the following
described real property located in St. I.ucie County, Florida, to-:

as of the date of deoedent's death at $1,000.00 to $1,200.00,
