interests of the estate of said decedent, and in the best in-
terests of the beneficiaries thereof, that said property be
sold for the price nnd upon the terms and conditions set forth
herein in order that the funds received from the sale of said
real property may be invested in a productive manner and in
order that the estate will be relieved of the expenses of main-
te^ance and real property taxes of said property..
~ 5. That the Trustee of the Trust to be created pur-
suant to the Last ~'ill and Testament of said decedent, the life
incorae beneficiary of said Trust, JEATvETTE J. DIAMOND, and each
of the -residuary beneficiaries, to-wit: CAIbOL HOFFMAN, NANCY ~
RUGGLES and JAMES HAHN, have each executed Waivers of Notice of
and Consent to the sale of said reai property to the said
~:illiam F. Scarlato and Helen Scarlato, his wife, for the said
cash sum of $1,200.00. - :
, w~iEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Honorable Court
er.ter its Order Authorizing the Sale of said real property by ~
; your Petitioner as Executor of said Estate upon the terms and.
~ conditions as aforesaid.
