TSIS CAUSE havinq come on before this Court upon
the Petition of JULZAN J. ICIItC~~ ,7R. ~ as Executor of the
Estate of EDNA L. ROWI,AI~TD, deceased, and the Court havinq de-
terwir.ed that it is in the best inter~st of the~estate that
certain real prcperty of the estate be sold in-o~der that the
funds received from the sale may be invested in a produ~tive
manner and in order that the estate will be relieved of the ~
expenses of maintenance and real property taxes of said prop-
erty, and the Court being ful~y advised in the premises, it
is therefore

his wife, for the cash sum of $1,200.0@, which the Executor be-
lieves represents a fair price for said property..
