In oonsideration of the payment to melus by you of $1.U0 and other c~ood and valuable oorisideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any othe~ Company or pei^son; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, ur~er, and across my/ou~ pro- ~
perty described as follows: ~ .
