fiereinafter referrecl to as the "mortgagor"~ by Indenture bearing date of December

granted and conveyed to jensen Beach Bank, Jensen Beach, Florida, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "mortgagee"~ and its assigns, the premises therein parttcularly des-
cribed~ to secure the payment of the sum of Ninety Thousand (~90, 000) Dollars,
with interest as theretn menttoned. ~ .
AND WHEREAS. the said mortgagor has requeated rhe said mortgagee to re-
~ease the premises heretnafter described, being part of sald mortgaged premiaes,
from the lien and operation of sa~d mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of the payment
of the sum of Three Thausand (~000.00) Dollars to it In hand gaid, the recelpt of
which is acknowledged~ does remis~, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the ~

gor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and ~
from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; pravided always, neverthe- '
less, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ~
effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining par[ of said ~
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any af the righta and reme-
dies of the holder thereof.
