and HELEN W. DRONDOSKI, his vife, hereinaft~r called "Optionor," to
DONALD~:E~i JACOBSON and JOHN R. REA, hereinafter calied "Optionee."

1. GRANT OF OPTION: 1t~e Optionor, ic? cpnaideratinn of the suo of '

option to purchase upon the follh~ing terms and conditions, the real

The North 290 ft. of East 350 ft. of N~ of NE~ of NE~
less N 40 dt. for Road R/W and fron the NE corner of
Sec. 29,35,40, run South along the East line of Sec.
29, 257.95 ft., thence at right angles run W 40 ft.
to the point of beginning, thence continue W 130.5 f t.,
thence at right angles run E 130.5 ft., thence at right
angles run N 192.65 ft. to the point of beginning.
2. EXBIRATION UATE: ltiis option shall expire at 11:00 A.M., on the
~~day of September, 1975.

3. NOTICE OF EXERCISE: This Option is to be exercised by Optionee
by written notice signed by the Optfonee prior to the expiration date, to
the Optionor, John E. Drondoski and Helen W. Drondoski.
4. If the Optionee gives notice as aforesaid, the Optionor shall be
required to deliver an a~stract of title showing the Optionors title to be
good, marketable and insurable and the Optionee sha1Z have a period of 60
; days fram date of the deliverq of the said abstract to close this trans-

i S. PURCHASE PRICE: The total purchase price shall be Fifty ltiousand

~ Dollars ($50,000.00), to be paid by the Optionee, if this option is exer-

~ cised.
~ 6. DELIVERY OF DEED AND POSSESSION: Upon receipt of the above price,

t Qptionor will execute and deliver to Optionee a good and sufficient warranty
~ deed ~ith proper documentary stamps affixed thereto conveying the real

~ property and improvements to Optionee.

~ 7. TAX PRORATION AND INSURANCE: At time of closing.
