9. BROKERAGE: If this option is exercised and the purchese price paid
by.Optionee, Optionor Will pay Roland Macon Realty, Inc., a real estate
commission of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS($3000.00) upon closing of this trans-
action. .
10. ASSIGPl~IENT: 1t~is option may be assigned et any tirne within the
option period if Optionor is notified by letter 15 days before assig~oaent.
11. PAVING LIENS: Any li.ens for psving on roads abutting the premises
which are pending or are certified at time of closing shall be paid by
Optionor. -
12. REPRESENTATION: Optionor warrants and represents that Optionor
has the authority to grant this Option, and that Optionor no~ holds title
to the real property.
