SATISFACTION OF LIEN 1 ~ ~ •
KNO'W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS. HOLYDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMI1vIUM, a Corporation
not for profit organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as the "Lienor", in accordance with the terma of that certaia claim of lien
dated December f6, f970 and recorded in Official Record Book f88 at page 28~5
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, claimed a lien against certain lots
in Holiday Out at St. Lucie, . a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condomi~ium
recorded in Official Record Book 168 at p~?ge 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto, said lota beiag located in said
St. Lucie County, Fiorida, and more particularly described in Schedule A which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, and ~
WHEREAS, the said Lienor has received full payaLent in satisfaction of said
claim of lien upon the lands more particularly described in Schedule A,
NOW, THEREFORE, said Li~enor, in consideration of the premises, doea hereby
direct the Clerk of the Circuit=Court~to cancel of record said claim of 2i~en as to the ]anda
described in Schedule A, provided, however, that nothing herein contai~ed shall in any-
~
wise impair, alter or diminish the effect of said claim of lien on any lands therein
described and not hereby released.
YN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Li,enor has caused these presents to be executed
