~ BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Thelma I. Curtis who, upon first being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of William H.
Curtis who departed this life on December 17, 1965..
2. That she and the said William H. Curtis were the grantees in that
certain warranty deed of conveyance from North Shore Construction Corporation,
dated April 6, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 227, page 119 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which the following described real property
was conveyed:
' Begin at the NE corner of Lot 18, Maravilla Gardens,
Unit #1, run West 75.28 feet, thence South 129. 53 feet;
thence East 7?. 32 feet, thence North 129. 53 feet to point
of beginning, according to a plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6, at page 55, public records of St. Lucie •
County, Florida. ~
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was
~ married to the said William H. Curtis and that said marital relationship con-

~ tinued without interruption until the death of the said William H. Curtis.
