Roger Poitras, who, upon being duly sworn deposes and says: ~
That he is the duZy qualified and actinq C~erk of the Circuit~
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida; that according to
the public records of said count~,.the Plat of Avalon Park was
originally recorded in_Plat Book~l, at page 105, of the public
records of Brevard County, Florida, and upon the creation of St. ~
Lucie County in 1905 was subsequently recorded in Plat Book 1,
at page 187, of the-public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
That according to the legend on said plat it purports to cover
Lots 1~, 2 and 3 of Section 11 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and the S~ of
Lot 4 of Section 10, all in Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
which land is in St. Lucie County, Florida, and that there are
not any other plats entitled Avalon Park recorded in the public
