AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF NEW' YORK )
COUNTY OF SUFFOLK )
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Hilaire E. Campbell who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of Katherine M.
Campbell who has departed this life.
2. That he and the said Katherine M. Campbell were the grantees -
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by North Shore Construc-
tion Company, a Florida corporation, dated November 1, 1957, recorded in
Deed Book 233, page 454~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
wherein the following described real property was conveyed:
The East 65 feet of the West 850 feet of Lot 18, Maravilla
Gardens, Unit No. l, according to plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 55, of the publ~ic records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, he was
married to the said Katherine M. Campbell and that said marital relationship
continued ~ thout interruption until the death of the said Katherine M. Campbell.
