THIS INDBAiTURE, executed the 22nd day of December, 1970, between
MILDRED N. HIGBEB, ~formerly known as Mildred N. Tilton) individuaZly and
as Administratrix of the Estate of WARNER B. TILTON, JR., deceased, Qarty
of the First Part, and GEORG~ MACKEY.and E1~4lA MACKEY, his wife, Parties
of the Second Part, whose address is Post Office Box 1004, Jensen Beach,
Florida 33457; .
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the County
Court of Martin County, Florida, dated the 30th day of October, 1970, and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of THREE THOUSAND ($3,000.00)
DOLLARS, in hand paid, grants, barqains, sells, aliens, releases, conveys
and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, and to their successors -
and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The West half of Lots 1 and 2 in Block l, in Section 12,
Township 37 South, Ranqe 40 East of St. Lucie Gardens
Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book l, page 35, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
SUBJECT TO any easements, restrictions and reserva- ~~~J

TOGETHER with aZl and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
and to their successors and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
; Parties of the Second Part, their successors and assigns, that in all
~ things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
~ Orders of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed
~ and complied with in all respects.

~ The said MILDRED N. HIGBEE, (formerly known as Mildred N. Tilton)
° individually, joins in this conveyance for the purpose of granting and

~ releasing the undivided one-third interest in and to the above described
~ real estate that was set apart to her as her dower interest therein by
a Judgment of the Martin Coun~y Judge•s Court dated~April 11, 1966, a certi- ~
fied copy of which was recorded in Official~ Records Book 171, page 71,, etc., ~
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
