WHBRFAS, the parties hereto under date of Noveznber 2, 1970 entered into a
certain niortgage note and mortgege agreement, which ~.s recorded in Official
Records Book 188 , page 1_6~_ of the Public Records of St. L~cie County, Florida,
being described as follows:
Lot 16, oP JEF~IItSON PARK SUBDMSION,
as per plat thereof on file in PZ.at
Book at page 96, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WA~tEAS, parties hereto desire to moiiify, amend and change some of the terms
and provisions of said M~ortgage in order that it may ~et forth the true, complete
and intended agreement bet~reen the parties:
NOW, TH~EE'ORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
the paxties-do hereby agree as follows:
the Pirst monthly payment is shown to be due on er befare the first dary of
February, 1971 end the fina7. p~yment is showz to be due on or before the first
day of January, 2001 the Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous of amending the
first payment due date to t~iarch l, 1971 and amending the final payment due date
to February 1,2001 at which time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance
shall be paid in flill.
FSccept as hereby expressZy modified, all the terms covenants, conditions an3
~ provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated Yovember 2, 1970 , shgl]. remain in
~ ~11 force and effect. -
~ This agreement shall be binding upon an3 enure to the benefit of the parties

~ hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
