in cunsicieration of the payment to melus by you of S1.OQ and other good and valuable oonsideration which
t/we have reoeived, 1lwe and those ~holdi~g through me/us, grant and give to you and your wocessors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles„ guys, cables,
conduits and appunenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the si2e of or ~emave such facilities or any of them; m pemnit the attachment of con~its, wires or
cables of any other Company or perso~; also, to cut, ~trim and keep clear all tr~es, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that mi¢~t endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, wer, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as folbws:
~ An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
~ northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
~ Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the north
~ right-of-way line of State~ Road 68; said easement running across the
€ following described lands:
The East ~ of the SE: of the N`!: of Section 7- Township 35
South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS the North 15
acres and LESS the West 50 feet of the South 5 acres and LESS road ~
and canal rights-of-way. .
