In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of s1.00 and other good x?d valuable consideration which
I/we have received, 1/we and tlwse holding through me/us, g~ant and give to you and your suooessors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and mai~tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave wch facilities or any of them; ~o permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or pe~on; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush ar~d undergrowth or other
obstructions that mi~t endanger or interfere with.said fxilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: . -

~ M easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
~ northerly of and Farallel to t~F centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
~ Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the north
~ right-of-wa~y line of State Road 68; said easement running across the
following described lands:
~ From the Southwest corner of the NW4 of Section 7- Township
35 South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run East along the
quarter section line, 830.35 feet; thence run North 40 feet for the
Point of Beginning; thence continue North 125 feet; thence run West
125 feet; thence run South 125 feet; thence run East 125 feet to the
Point of Beginning. '
