In oo~uideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other goocl ancl val~able consideration which
I/we have rec:eived, 1/we and those holdi~g through me/us, g~ant and give to you and your wcces9ors ~ easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wi~es, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconst~uct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilitiss or any of them; to pennit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clea~ all trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions ihat might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
northerly of and parallel to-the centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
~ Avenue Extension), and the souti~ line being the same as the north
~ rigi~t-of-way line of State Road 68; said easement running across the
~ following described lands:

and the East 132 feet of the West ~ of the SW,~-, of the NW~, of .Section
7- Township 35 South - Range 40 East, St. lucie County, Florida, LESS

West 125 feet and IESS right-of-way for Orange Avenue Extension._
