in Mortgage Hook 164 at page 29. in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Flori-
da, securinq that certain note in the principal sum of

signed by MAX HURWITL to BEN TAI~~TLMAN by assigrunent dated
the 18th day of March 1960 and recorded the 21st day
of March 1960 in A/M Hook 14. Page 95 of the Public Re-
