for the oonstructio~, operation and maintenatxe of electric utility facilities (including wires, po{es. guys„ cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment~ to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; ~o pe~mit the attxhment of conduits, wires or
cables of s~y otfier Company or pe~on; als~, to cut, trim and keep clear all trces, bn~sh and undergrowth or other .
obstructions that mi¢~t endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as folbws:

~ An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
~ northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Raad 68 (Orange
Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the north
right-of-way line of State Road 68; said easement running across the
follawing described lands:
The SE4 of the SE; of the NE; of Section 12 - Township 35 South -
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS the North 200 feet of the
East 246 feet and LESS the East 140 feet of the South 150 feet.
