In consideration of the payment to melus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration
which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wa:essors an easement
for the oonstniction, operatio~ and mairitenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wi~es, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appunenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct, improve, add ~
to, change the size of or remare such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or ;
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all Vees, brush and undergrowth or other ~
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our pro- '
perty described as follows:

; An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet ;
` northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
~ Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the north
~ right-of-way line of State Road 68; said easement running across the
following described lands:
. The West 2 of the West Z of the East ~ of the East ~ of the SN4
of the NW4 of Section 12 - Township 35 South - Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, LESS any deduction for drainage canals or public road
right-of-way, containing 2~ acres, more or less.
