In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of 51.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have reoeived, 1/we and those holding through me/us, ~ant and give to you and your wocessors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and ~purtenant equipmen~ to be installed from time to time; with the r'ght to reconsvuct, improve, add
to, change the si~e of or remwe wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cabies of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear a!I trees, brush a~d undergrowth or other ~
obstructions that might endanger or interferc with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our p~o- ~
perty described as follows: -
An easement, the north line of•which is forty-five (45) feet
~ northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
F Avenue Extensian), and the south line being the same as the north
~ right-of-way line of State Road 58; said easement running across the
~ foliowing described lands:
~ The West 158; feet of the East 1107 3/4 feet of the SW, of the '
~ NEa of Section 7- Township 35 South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie Count , ~
~ Florida, LESS right-of-way for State Road 68 (Orange Avsnue Extension~. i
