of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is h~reby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and
by th~se presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and
set over unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever, a.certain land contract bearing date the 12th day
of December, 1966, made by Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Taylor,
his wife, to Tom Goff and Pear1 Goff, his wife, recorded in 0. R.
Book 162, page 549, public records of St.~Lucie County, Florida, and
a certain Assignment of Contract made by Tom Goff and Pear1 Goff,
his wife, to Jackson M. Phillips, Sr. and Leah F. Phillips, his wife,
recorded in 0. R. Book 164, page 2854, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and a certain Assignment of Contract made bp Jackson ~
M. Phillips, Sr. and Leah F. Phillips, his wife, to Lawrence W. Polk
and Georgiana Polk, his wife, recorded in 0. R. Book 169, at page
1627, public records of St. Lucie County! Florida, upon the follow-
ing described piece or parcel of land situate and being in St. Lu~fe
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 4, REPLAT OF PAIM GARDEAiS, as
- per plat thereof on file in ~lat Book 12,
page 42, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
A portion of the consideration of this assignment being that
the parties of the second part herein assu~e all the obligations $nd
agree to pay all the payments deacribed in said contract naw due or
to become due, together with all interest specified in said contract.
