and the com~letion of all payments as set forth in said contract,
by the said parties of the second part, their heirs or assigns,
the parties of the first part do hereby authorize the said ~
Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Taylor, his wife, to make, execute
and deliver a good and sufficient deed to the property hereinabove
described, in like manner as though the original contract had been
by
made and executed/the said Kenneth Proske and Mildred Proske, his
wife, parties of the second part, instead of Tom Goff and Pearl
Goff, his wife.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals this 2nd day of February,
1971.
