Fort Pierce, Florida $13,490.00
For value received, Victor F. Mastrianni promises to pay
to the order of Di Gforqio Corporation the principal sum of
$13,490.00 plus interest at the rate of seven per cent. (796) per
annum payable at offices of payee, Taylor Creek, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
The aforesaid principal eum shall be payable in three {3)
successive equal annual installmentB, the firat of which shall
be due and payable one (1) year fro~a date. Accrued intereet
on the unpaid balance ahall be due and payable with inatallme~s
- of principal.
At the option of the holder, without demand or notice of any
kind, the unpaid principal of this note and accrued intereet shsll
become im~?ecliately due and payable at the occurrence of any of
the followinq events:
l. Failure to pay an installment of thie note when due;
2. Faflure of the maker to perform any of the covenante,
