THIS EASEMENT made this day of • 19ZQ_•
between JOANNA G. MCGAURAN (formerly JOANNA G. G FF) and
DErINIS H. MCGAURAN, her husband
as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its suc-
cessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the
purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall
and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through ttie following
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 as shown on "Plat of '
Koblegards Subdivision of that part of Lot 4 Russell's Sub-

as recorded in Plat Book 1;

Records: run Southeasterly along the right-of-way of the ~
Florida East Coast Railroad to the intersection with the South
line of the North 29.5 feet of Lot 4; thence East along the
South line of the North 29.5 feet of said Lot 4, a distance .
of 1149 feet more or less to the 1'Vest shore of the Indian
River; thaice (meandering the shore line of said Indian
River in a Northwesterly direction to the intersection with
a line 100 feet North of and parallel to the South line of .

monument; thence continue West on said line 100 feet North
