DRAINAGE EASEMENT

between CLA E CARVER and ARNETA CARVER his wife
as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its suc-
cessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the
purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall
and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following ~
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
'Ihe Westerly 50 feet of the following described property: ,
Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot 2, of Plat of KOBLEGARD's .
SUBDIVISION of that part of Lot No. 4, of Russell's SUBDIVLSION
of Section 28, Tawnship 34 South, Ra~ge 40 East, lying East of the
Florida Eas~'°Coast Railway righ~of-way, according to plat recorded
in Plat Book 1, at page 37, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and mm~ing thence easterly on the South line of said lot,
Five Hundred and Fifty (550) feet to a certain graded driveway;
thence northerly on the West side of said driveway to a point Sixty-
six (66) feet North of the South line of said lot; thence westerly to
a point on the West line of said lot, Sixty-six (66) feet North of the
Southwest corner thereof; and thence southerly, on the West line of
said Iot, to point of beginning.
