as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Fl~rida, as the Grantee.

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its suc- g
cessors and assigns,,a perpetual easement and right of way for the ~

purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall i
and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
'Ilie Westerly 50 feet of the following described property:
PARCEL 1; All of Lot 7 of Stuart's Subdivision as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 45, of the public records
of St . Lucie County, Florida; and •
PARCEL 2; From the Southwest corner of said Lot ? of Stuart's
Subdivision above mentioned run South 22 degrees 32 minutes East
along the east right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Rail- .
way a distance of 117 .40 ~eet to a concrete monument; thence run
North 89 degrees 50 minutes East for a distance of 847.5 feet, more
or less, to a pipe; thence run Northeasterly and parallel with the
North line of said Lot 7 of Stuart's Subdivision a distance of•
345.95 feet, more or less, to a point in existing old bulkhead; • .
thence run Northwesterly along said bulkhead a distance of 21.65
' feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 of Stuart's Subdivision;

; said Lot 7 of Stuart's Subdivision to thc point of beginning; the
