MEEKO and VIRGDVIA MEEKO~ his wife i 2 as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Fl~rida, as the Grantee. ~ WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its suc- g cessors and assigns,,a perpetual easement and right of way for the ~ , purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall i and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: 'Ilie Westerly 50 feet of the following described property: PARCEL 1; All of Lot 7 of Stuart's Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 45, of the public records of St .
