WITNESSETH: That the said part~ of the fint part, fo? and in conside~ation of the sum of One Dollar (s1.00) and
other valuable co~siderations paid by the party of the setond part, the receipt whereof is he~eby atkr?ctwledged, do
grant, bargain and sel! to the said party of the secor~d part, its successws, and auigns, a right-of-way in St. lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
A parcel of land having a North South dimension of 5 feet and lying parellel
with, acljacent to and North of the North line of a 50 foot strip of land desig-
nated as "Reserved for Public Roads" on the Model Land Company Sub-
division of Section 6, 'Ibwnship 36 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in
Pl,at Book 4, Page 34, Public Records of St . Lucie Couaty, Florida
AND
Any right, title or interest that the Grantor may have in the 50 foot p~rcel
af land designated on the aforementioned subdivision as "Reserved for
Public Roads".
All of the above described land situate, lying and being between I.ots 1-2
and 3 and Lots 14-15 and 16 and in the Northeast quarter of said Section 6,
Township 36 South, Rang~e 40 East. EXCBPT'Il~IG therefrom 'Ihe East 50 ~
feet of said Lot 1 which is Right-of-Way for Selvitz Road.
