At the request of the mortgagors and in consideration of ~10.00 and other good and valuable mnsideration, inuring to
the undersigned mortgagees, the said mortgagees do hereby subordinate the lien and operation of the abovesaid mort-
gage to the lien and operation of that certain mortgage and indebtedness secured thereby executed by the said mortgag-
ors to CITIZENS FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. lUC1E COUNTY, under the date of 26th
dsy of January , 19 71 , recorded in O. R. Book 189 , at pages 2479-2480

described real property, and the undersigned hereby subordinate their mortgage to tha said Citizens Federal mortgage as
