THLS WARRANTY DEED Made the 21st day of January A. D. 1971 by JESSIE
BACKUS GUHSE, the u~remarried surviving spouse of Mott P. Guhse, deceased ~
hereinafter called the grantor, to BACKUS ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED, a ~
Florida corporation, whose postoffice address is 1203 Florida Avenue, Fort Pierce,

grantee hereof assumes and agrees to pay.
