THIS DEED, made this 4th day of March, 19b9,
by and between ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY, a corporation organized
and existir,g under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, having a
business office at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, party of
the firs~ part, and BP OIL CORPORATION, a corporation organized
and existing under the iaws of Delaware, having a business office
at 245 Park Avenue, New York, New York, party of Che second part;
WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, to it paid by the said party of the second
part, receipt of which is hereby aclanowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold, and by these presents-does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the party of the second part, its successors
