Sinclair Refining Campany, by Agreement of Merger ef-
fective September 30, 1968, was merged into Sinclair Oil Cor-
~ poration and, by the Plan of Merger effective March 4, 1969,
Sinclair Oil Corporatirnn was,merged irito Atlantic Richfield Company,
party of the first part her~in.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land
end all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said
party of the second part, its auccessors and assigns, FORBVER. And
the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under partq of the
first part.
IN WITNESS W~REOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Vice President,
and its corporate seal to be affixed, and attested by its Assistant
Secretary, the day and year first above written.
