THIS DEED, made this / day of , 1969,
by and between ATLANTIC RICHFIE COMPANY, a carporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, having a
business office at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, party of
the first part, and BP OIL CORPORATION, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of Delawate, having a business office
at 245 Park Avenue, New York, New York, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideratfons, to it paid by the said party of the second
part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold, a~c~d by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the party of the second part, its succeasors and
