Sinclair Oil Corporation was merged into Atlantic Richfield Company,
party of the first part herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land
and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, FOREVER. And
the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land and will_defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under party of the
first part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Vice President,
and its corporate seal to be affixed, and attested by its Assistant
Secretary, the day and year first above written.
