by and between ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, having.a
businesa office at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, party of_
the first part, and BP OIL CORPORATION, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of Delaware, having a business office
at 245 Park Avenue, New York, New York, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That said party of the~first part, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, to it paid by the said party of the.second
part, receipt of which is hereby aclanowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents doe~ hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the party of the second part, its successors and
assigne, forever, the following deacribed tract or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of st. Lucie , State
of Florida, to wit;
All tliat certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Saint Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly descxibed as
follows: Beginning at a concrete r~onument at the intersection of
the North line of Lot 7, Assessor's t4ap of tlie North part of Fort
Pierce, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 164, St.
Lucie County public records and the West line of North Second
Street, run thence South 15 degrees 30 minutes East, along the
west line of North Secand Street 218.25 ft. to an iron pipe on the
line dividing Lots 7 and 8 of said Assessor's 24ap; thence contin-
uing South 15 degrees 39 minutes East along the West line of P~orth
' Second Street 71.3 feet; thence from a tangent bearinq rlorth 83
degrees 29 minutes j~Test, run on a circular curve to the right of
the degree of curvature of 11 degrees 19 r~inutes 30 seconds 506.6
~ feet to the North line of said Lot 7; thence South 89 degrees 51 ;
~ minutes East along the tiorth line of said Lot 7, 318.2 feet to the

~ BEING the same property as conveyed by deed dated November 28, 1949, i

~ County, Florida.
