Sinclair Refining Crnnpany, by Agreement of Merger ef-
. fective September 30, 1968, was merged into Sinclair Oil Cor-
poration and, by the Plan of Merger effective March 4, 1969,
Sinclair 011 Corporation was merged into Atlantic Richfield Company,
party of the first part herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land
and all privileges and appurtenances thereto b~elonging to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, FOREVER. And
the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever cXaiming by, through or under party of the
first part.
IN WITNESS W~REOF, the said party of the first part has .
caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Vice President,
and its corporate seal to be affixed, and attested by its Asaistant ~
