On this day before me the undersigned authority personally
appeared BESSIE R. ~YES, who after being duly sworn by me first,
deposes and says: That my name is BESSIE R. HAYES; Affiant is the
daughter of H. P. Root and Myrtie M. Root; Affiant knows that at
the time H. P. Root and Myrtie M. Root took title to the above
described property on September 13, 1924, the said H. P. Root and
Myrtie M. Root ~aere husband and wife, and were married continuously
until the death of H. P. Root on July 5, 1949.
Upon the death of P. Root, his widow, Myrtie M. Root,
then owned the above described property.
Affiant sayeth nothing further.
