for the construction, ope~ation and maintenance of eiectric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, impr~re, add
to, change the size of or remare such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
