as the Grantor, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of wax for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage.ditches and drains in, upon and through the fol-
lowing described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at Southeast corner of Orange Blossom Estates,
Secorid Addition, as recor3ed in Plat Book 14 at a e 2 and

said Orange Blossom Estates 15 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning; thence proceed Southerly and parallel to the East line

, 40 East a distance of 584.92 feet, more or less, to a point

' Section 21; thence proceed Westerly along said South line

contained in that certain Drainage Easement dated November 25, 1970,
and recorded in O. R. Book 188, at Page 1954.j
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors and

E assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from or growing
~ out of such construction or maintenance, to the lands owned by"the
