Made this day of February, 1971, by and between
W. A. PAIMER and LOUISE PA7~lER, his wife, 1102 Avenue D, Fort
Pierce. Florida, hereinafter reEerred to as "FIRST PARTIES" and
HATTIE REEVES, a sinqle adult, 2703 Booker Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "SBCOND PARTY";
W I T N E S S E T 8:
That if Second Party shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on her part to be
made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to
convey and assure to Second Party, her heirs, executors, admin-
istrators~`or assigns, in fee smiple, free from a11 encwnbrances,
by a qood and sufficient warranty deed, the following described ~ ~

property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida;

Lot 9, Block 2, MAGNOLIA PARK SUBDIVISION, as per
pZat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 27, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay First Parties
the swn of THIRTEEN THOU6AND DOLLARS ($13,000.00), with interest
from date at the rate of 796 per annum as follaws:
$1,000.00 upon the signing of tYtis agreement, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$Z20.00 on or before the lOth day of March, 1971,
and $120.00 on or before the lOth day of each month
thereafter until paid in full;
