K\Ow' ALL N,EN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is ~roposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve ~

a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,

WtiEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
r oad and /or di tch i s subj ec t to a mnrrg~ _
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made `
tor the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinaiter described.
;~OW~ THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of ~
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera- ;
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned 3

subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the en~umbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
A par.cel of land having a north south dimension of 5 feet and lying
parellel with . adjacent to and north of the north line of a 50 foot .
strip of land designated as "Reserved for Public Roads" on the ;
Model Land Company Subciivision of Section 6, Township 36 South, 3
Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 34, Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County Florida #

And
Any right, title or interest that the Grantor may have in the
SO foot parcel of land designated on the aforementioned subdivision
as "Reserved for Public Roads" . -

All of the above described land situate, lying and being between ~
Lots 1-2 and 3 and Lots 14-15 and 16 and in the Northeast ~
quarter of said Section 6, Township 36 South. Range 40 East.
EXCEPTING therefrom Ttie gast 50 feet of said Lot 1 which is
Right-of-Way for Selvitz Road.
