Fort Pierce, Flori4a an3 to post three cepies of this Ordinance in a
conspicuous place in th~ City Kall in the City of Fort Pierce nnZ three
copies in a conspicuous place on the tract hereinbe~are described, saic~
posting to be for also four (E.) consecutive weeks.
SBCTION That upon this Ordinance becoming effective, the lan~s
hereinabove des~rib~d and annexed to the Territarial I,imits vf the City
of Fort Pierce shall be and the same are hereby zoned for R-2 land uses,
in accordance with the zoning ordinances o~ the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
S3CTION 5, AZ1 ordinances or parts o~ orc3inances in conflict
herewith are hereby repea2ed.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be and become elfective at the
e;cpiration of thirty c:ays a~ter ~inal passage. ~
