WHBREAS, that portion oP (}randview Boulevard ~ght-of-Way lying
Westerly of State Road No. 5, a distance of approximately 367 Peet
between Lota 41 and 42 of MARAVILIA aARDSN3, tiNIT ONE, aa recorded
in Plat Book 6, Page 55 of the Public Records oP 3t. Lucie County,
Florida, has never beeri used for public purpoaes and ia oP no fl~rther
public uae to the C1ty oP Fart Pierce, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TI~ CITY CONII~'IISSION OF THE
CM'Y OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA :
STsCTION 1. That from and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, that part of arandview Boulevai*d Right-of-Way lying
Wester2y oP State Roed No. 5, a distance oP approximately 367 feet
between Lots 41 and 42 of l~1ARAVILIA GARDENS, UrTIT ONS, as~ recorded
in Plat Book 6, Page 55 of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County,
Florida, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned
as a public avenue, ~treet or thoroughfa~e.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance ahall be effective immediately upon
final passage hereof.

going and above Ordinance No. F-302 was duly introduced, read and
paeaed on Pirat reading by title only by the City Commiasion of the
City oP Fort Pierce, Florida, on January 19, 1971; copy of said
Ordinance wae posted in the City Hall and copies were me~de available
